I am really passionate about supporting curious and compassionate yoga therapists, body workers and allied health professionals that  hold space for clients with trauma.

I strongly believe that as healers, we have a responsibility to know and care for our own authentic Self.  By attuning to ourselves in this way, we are then able to enter deeper into the relational space with clients and results in more ethical and effective service of others.

Consulting services are offered through a secure online platform, available across the globe

I would LOVE to work with you if:

  • You are looking for trauma-specific psychoeducation or clinical case consultation from a trauma-focused perspective
  • You are interested in learning more about incorporating somatic or movement-based practices into therapy
  • You value the importance of balancing your effectiveness within the therapeutic relationship with the need to support self-care
  • You sense that a piece of your personal history/experience is holding you back in client-related work
  • You want to cultivate resiliency against empathy fatigue
