I was keen to say 'yes' when Shannon Crow of The Connected Yoga Teacher podcast reached out to me again to ask if I could provide some mental health tips to support her listeners. This pandemic has been so challenging and overwhelming to so many of us in all different ways. In this episode, I share an overview of the neuroscience to better understand how our nervous systems react during a crisis and some tips to find a sense of security even during turbulent times.
